Daniel McLeod lived in Marlboro County, South Carolina He was married to Catharine Evans McLeod. This page was created to record the enslaved he held during his life and at his death in 1833, and to help their descendants locate them.

Mortgage

The following enslaved persons were mortgaged in Jun 1771 for £345.17, and would belong to Robert McKenzie Sr. and Robert McKenzie Jr, if the mortgage was not paid. Daniel was living in Colleton County at that time.^[1]
